LIVE VIRTUAL Private Candle Making Workshop
Get together with your favourite people to learn how to make non-toxic, cruelty-free, vegan soy candles with phthalate-free fragrances - better for your health and the environment!
What's included:
*Candle-making kit will be mailed to each participant: Contains all materials to make 2 x 33-hour soy candles.
* Instruction by an expert chandler
*Select your dye colour, glass jar colour and fragrances from our phthalate-free fragrance library from the drop-down boxes below.
What You'll Learn:
*The benefits of soy wax over other waxes.
*Wick types and how to correctly wick container candles.
*How fragrance loads work and how to scent your candles.
*The science behind the art, equipment and materials required.
*How to measure correctly and how to conduct burn tests.

Kits:
Please book at least three days before your class time if you live in Melbourne and up to one week prior if you live in other states to ensure that you receive your kit in time. We ship Australia-wide.
All included products are vegan, palm oil free and phthalate free.
- 1 x bag of 100% soy wax - sufficient for your two containers
- 1 x microwave safe jug
- 1 x thermometer to check the temperature of your wax
- 2 x candle wicks
- 2 x stickums to secure the wicks to the container
- 2 x 15ml phthalate-free candle fragrance - choose your own below
- 2 x 10ml liquid candle dye, one for each candle, choose below.
- 2 x candle fragrance abels
- 2 x warning labels
- 2 x wooden stirring sticks
- 2 x bamboo candle lids
- 2 x glass candle containers - choose your colours
- Written instructions
What you’ll need to provide:
* A microwave to melt the wax or a stovetop if you prefer. If using a stovetop, you can create a Double boiler set-up, i.e., A pot filled with tap water. You can then suspend the provided jug into the water to melt it.
* An apron, paper, and a pen to take notes if you wish.

If you would like to gift this class, $120 vouchers are available here. The recipient can then choose which class they would like to attend and apply the code at checkout. Alternatively, you can simply purchase the class in the recipient's name and choose a session date. We can always move the dates.
