There is a drilled hole in the bottom of the mould intended for a pre-wick setup. If you would prefer to seal up the hole at the bottom of the mould, you can use duct tape or electrical tape over the entire base each time you make candles.
Alternatively, a wick pin can be used. Apply the pin locator to the open top of the mould. Locators fit all size moulds. Next put the wick pin through the top of the locator hole. You. need to slide the pin through the hole at the bottom. Once the candle is poured and has set for 6 hours, release the mould and wick pin before sliding a wick in.
Mould Maximum wax capacity: 525 grams (fill to 5mm from the top)
Wick Recommendation: CDN 12 or CDN 14 for Soy Wax - Cdn 12 or Cdn 14 . This is a guide only. Testing small batches is crucial since fragrance and chosen wax can influence wick size required.
